Aiming at the problem of cumbersome and expensive wiring in the traditional wired data acquisition system,a mechanical vibration data acquisition system based on wireless sensor network was designed based on the research of the development of data acquisition system. At the same time, the collected signals were signaled Analysis and processing. The node designed in this paper adopts ZigBee serial port transmission module with radio frequency chip CC2530 and radio frequency front end CC2591 and STM32 with ARM core as core processor to implement hardware structure. The signal conditioning module of the hardware structure provides constant current power for the ICP acceleration sensor, and sends the amplified signal to an ADC acquisition chip with 16-bit resolution to achieve mechanical vibration signal acquisition. In terms of power supply, two power supply modes,battery-powered and USB-powered,are used to facilitate the movement and carrying of terminal nodes. On the basis of completing the hardware structure platform, the software design of the data acquisition system node and the software design of the monitoring system are described in detail. The software design of the node mainly includes the software design of the node network, the terminal node and the coordinator node;the software design of the monitoring system is to use LabVIEW to design the display interface and analysis processing interface of the data acquisition system. In order to achieve this design requirement, the data of the acquired signal needs to be analyzed and processed. However, mechanical vibration generally has non-stationary and non-linear characteristics due to the operating environment.Conventional analysis methods cannot effectively extract the required characteristic signals. Therefore, the EWT(empirical wavelet transform)toolkit was developed in the LabVIEW environment for subsequent calls. The simulation signal and actual signal verify that this method can accurately determine bearing failure.
