H-type radar is a highly mobile ground-to-air guided radar,radar antenna needs a lifting mechanism to quickly achieve the antenna lift or landing,at the same time,lifting mechanism to ensure the antenna operating position angle uniqueness and repeatability.In this paper,a set of hydraulic lifting device is designed and developed for its antenna design by analyzing the specific technical requirements of the airborne guidance radar on the antenna.It is very good for the high precision and high precision combat demand of the radar.In this paper,firstly,by analyzing the application status of the antenna lifting mechanism,a new research goal is put forward,which is aimed at solving the instability caused by the high production cost and the jitter of the hydraulic cylinder during the movement of the hydraulic cylinder.Then,this paper elaborates the optimization of the composition and structure of the system,the mechanical principle of the internal control of the hydraulic cylinder,the mechanical principle of the stopper at the time of antenna transportation,the hydraulic drive and control design of the system and the automation of the system Control and inspection design.Among them,in the system manufacturing and assembly debugging,the introduction of the production debugging tooling,better reduce the lifting agency manufacturing costs.In the hydraulic control system,through the proportion of the valve to the oil return flow control strategy,a better solution to the continuous change over the load caused by the hydraulic cylinder during the occasional jitter and other unstable phenomena.Finally,this paper uses Ansys finite element analysis software and LMS Virtual.Lab Motion kinematic simulation software to analyze the static and kinematic simulation of the lifting mechanism.The lifting mechanism researched in this paper has been successfully applied on H-type radar and has a certain promotion value.
