In the modern warfare, both the development of the reconnaissance technology and the improvement of the accuracy of the missile have become the serious threat to the survivability of missile. As we all know, in order to improve the survivability of the missile system and rapid response capability as well as to shorten the reaction time of mobile missile launchers, it is very necessary to achieve rapid leveling and erection of the equipment. At present, the driving shaft of the erection mechanism in the land-based mobile missile launchers system depends on the multi-level hydraulic cylinder mainly. By use of driving form with the left-right parallel, it can obtain the advantages of the large travel and high-thrust. In the ideal state, the two cylinders can erect with the synchronization rapidly and smoothly. However, in the actual system, the imbalance of the hydraulic cylinders'load on the both sides and the asymmetry of asphalt parameters will have the great impact to synchronization of the system. Meanwhile, it is inevitable for multi-stage piston rod to extend, as the effective areas will be changed except the collision in such a process. And it will cause strong blows easily, which may have a terrible impact to synchronization of the system. To improve the synchronization and extend the life of the cylinder, we decide to give up the program of two multi-stage hydraulic cylinders. Instead, we make the research on the single-stage hydraulic cylinder-driven link-up erection system with the combination of the lifting mechanism theory in the current civilian dump truck.In this paper, firstly, we discuss the process of the conceptual design of the mechanical system. Then, we make the functional decomposition with the base of the theory related, analysis and compare with working functions of varieties of erection structures before selecting the most erection mechanism program for the system requirement finally. Secondly, we complete the kinematics and static analysis. Then, we consider the position in the vector coordinates as variables and erect the mathematical model. Thirdly, to provide a theoretical basis for the further improvement of the system, we also make the dynamic analysis of the hydraulic cylinder against the phenomenon of creeping and jitter. In the end of the paper, we analyze the changes of both the size of the impact load and the missile movement parameters with the software of Solidworks and ADAMS. The analysis results and methodology in the paper can be used as the designing reference for the new weapons system, and the kinetic model found could analyze in the further steps.
