Currently, Most LCD TV cameras with lifting mechanism is done by manual operation, in this process, users need to go to the front of the TV to operate it, so this way doesn’t conform to the smart TV User-friendly mode, so intelligent lifting mechanism design is not only the inevitable demand for technology development, but also is the needs of the user.In view of the above the trend of development, TRIZ and QFD and AD integration method is used in innovation design; analysis the user demand, found out the conflict and resolve conflict to obtain the solution of the problem, and then convert them to the field solution; finally evaluate scheme and design prototype.After the evolution route of technology is analyzed, intelligent control camera probe lifting mechanism is considered to be the latest development trends, and further combined with the needs of the user’s Kano model, the user’s interest and demand will be found.According to the user’s demand and the product characteristics, the first house of quality will be established, and then evaluate technology and needs to translate the user requirements into support functions, the second house of quality will be done, a conflict between the flexible control for the system and built-in is found from sensitive matrix. At the same time, use the theory of AD to judge camera and hide is the strong coupling that belongs to the technical conflict.The conclusion the intermediate solution need to be added by analysis the conflict matrix and using 40 inventive principles, and put forward the idea:the electric lifting ideas will be foud applying the principle of UXD(the remote object as analogy,),at the same time, the hydraulic, pneumatic etc. will be provided by using the separation principle to expand the way of thinking, and identify the key design of the intermediary is to solve the conflict of power system by calculating weights Analysis conflict of automatic lifting.And then use the morphological analysis to expand lateral thinking,72 schemes are conceived, and use theory of constraints to select the piston type solenoidThe prototype of lifting mechanism will be designed, and then make 3D mode and calculate relevant parameters, finally, the scheme needs to be evaluated.
