The problem of comprehensive mechanized coal mining working face has been facing is the transport and installation cycle is long, a lot of manpower and material resources is consumed. How to carry on the equipment dismantling of efficient, safe, this research is also not very perfect at home and abroad. The design of the single-arm manipulator is very necessary in the retracement equipment installed.The single-arm manipulator is the research object of this object, finite element analysis method to study and design its lifting structure, to telescopic arm of the single-arm manipulator for static analysis and dynamic analysis, on the basis of introduces the mechanical structure and working principle.Using the software of 3D modeling Pro/E to the modeling of the single-arm manipulator, and virtual assembly. First of all, according to the structure characteristics of lifting mechanism, using the finite element analysis software on the stiffness and strength check, through the modal analysis, determine the structure of natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode; Secondly to analyze the stability of the single-arm manipulator;Through the harmonic response analysis, get the deflection of the single-arm manipulator; Finally, hydraulic transient dynamics analysis hoisting mechanism of the single-arm manipulator in the working process of the telescopic arm in the deflection of the change over time, through a series of theoretical analysis, get the corresponding dynamic load coefficient, offer a theoretical basis for optimization design and Structure improved.
