Food is an indispensable part of human existence.Although food is everywhere in daily life,food is the great strategic significance to the development of society.Similarly,as an important means of food transportation,the port scattered grain station undertakes the important work of grain storage,transshipment and so on.In order to improve the safety and efficiency of the grain transportation,most of the ports will be designed based on PLC technology and control system.This article discusses the PLC monitoring system design and implementation,on the basis of combining the actual situation of qinhuangdao port bulk grain supply center,carried on the thorough analysis,discusses the possibility of extension for the function of the PLC monitoring system.The main work is as follows:First of all,this paper analyzed the actual problems of food storage and transportation in existing ports.At the same time,a detailed introduction to the Qinhuangdao bulk grain port has been carried out,combines the condition of grain storage and transportation development domestic and abroad,as well as the development of China's grain storage and transportation,eventually determine the direction of this subject.Secondly,the PLC technology is introduced in detail.The development of PLC technology is reviewed briefly,and the prospect of PLC technology is prospected in combination with the trend of industrialization.In PLC design,it is divided into two parts:hardware design and software design.In the hardware design,after strict comparison and screening,a Rockwell integrated control platform,Control Logix system,was finally determined.In software design work,in order to match the selected hardware,RSView SE,RSLogix5000,RSLinx and RSSQL are selected as software support for relevant functions.Finally,the PLC monitoring system is the necessary demand analysis,combined with the actual working status of the port,the analysis of the bulk grain supply center customer service requirements,technical requirements and other factors,finally the bulk grain supply center monitoring system of the implementation of the scheme is determined.In the process of bulk grain supply center monitoring system,the first step for the PLC program design basis,and then for the PC monitor actual operation and information acquisition module choice made brief introduction.Meanwhile,the fusion of PLCmonitoring system and other main control systems is discussed.For the scattered grain station,the dust is an important index of monitoring,the control of the dust and the technical reform measures in the actual work are discussed.After the monitoring system is put into practice,the following conclusions can be drawn: The monitoring system of the bulk grain silo can realize automatic monitoring of the production process,provide guarantee for the operation efficiency and safety of silo system,and improve the management level of the port bulk grain operation.
