Research On Three Axes Servo Digital Control System Based On ControlLogix

The rapid development of information technology results in the innovation of traditional control system structure in the field of automation.The enterprise information system based on integrated automation network has been built gradually. As a result, network control became the trends of whole industrial control.This paper presents the method of network distributed mufti-axis synchronization according to the new real-time network system ControlLogix. By modifying relevant motion control command online, the synchronization of velocity and position can be achieved during the load and velocity change of motor,and then gain the high accuracy synchronization control.Meanwhile,based on the model of Chinese Traditional Dropping Pills Packing Conveyer Belt Driving System controlled by servo motor, friendly MMI(Man-Machine Interface)on manager computer is created to monitor the status of total system using configuration software RSView32 and VBA as well as construct a network control system to realize the integration of information.The research of this paper break through the traditional synchronization method of mechanical rigidity connection and PLC/Motion Control Card central control realize the network distributed mufti-axis synchronization control over the Packing Conveyer Belt Driving System.The great practice meaning and long term effect will be produced for the using of integrated control network technology to rebuild the old manufacture,improve hi-tech content of machine device,promote the remote manager may and productive efficiency,save product cost.
