Research On Health Communication Of China's Business Portal Website

As the target year of "healthy China" is getting closer and closer,the health communication is becoming more and more important.Network health communication is the main channel to obtain health information with its timeliness,mass sex and interactivity.The effective health communication of portal health channel is significant for the reception of health knowledge and the change of health behaviors.The communication of science and technology is closely related to agenda setting,information sources,editing methods and so on.What should we do? In particular,the health channel of business portal websites,which are different from the traditional media,will be affected by business orientation and have the wrong health spread.This is the question that this article tries to study.In this paper,Netease health channel was used as the case.This paper uses content analysis,case analysis and in-depth interview to study the health communication of NetEase health channel.Content analysis is carried out from several aspects of information source,topic setting,editing mode and information type.Content analysis is carried out from several aspects of information source,topic setting,editing mode and information type.It is analyzed that NetEase health channel is not in line with the right health communication standard in the process of health communication.The case analysis method is mainly for the cases of commercial nature in the process of health communication.This paper summarizes the business cooperation mode of NetEase health channel,and some erroneous operations in the process of communication,such as the optimization of the communication effect data,and the existence of false components.The in-depth interview,with the NetEase Health Channel staff as the main interviewer,visited the NetEase health channel's column settings,information sources,editorial standards,issues and so on,and understood the operation of the daily work of the NetEase health channel.This paper summarizes the information provided by the three methods,points out the problems in the health communication of NetEase health channel.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on the development of the portal health channel,focusing on the development of original articles,the source of information,the awareness of thegatekeepers,the balance of health issues,increasing the form of interaction and standardizing business cooperation.Network is the main channel for public access to health information.Health website is the key medium of network health.How to use the advantages of the network to provide the audience with correct and rich health knowledge and information is the biggest challenge to health communication.In this paper,we hope to provide more experience and reference for the network health communication by case study,and help the portal health channel to carry out the health communication scientifically and effectively.
