Research And Development Of Multi-level Data Cloud Collaborative Platform For Manufacturing

Innovative integration of manufacturing and emerging technologies,such as big data,cloud computing,internet of things has become a new driving force for the development of enterprise informatization.Collaborative office in different places is an important topic in the process of informatization.In-depth research has been conducted both at home and abroad,the development is very rapid,and the degree of network integration and intelligence is getting deeper and deeper.Combined with the trend of the network,this topic considers the collaborative office needs of enterprises,proposes a solution for multi-level collaborative data cloud service technology platform.The solution serves as the platform layer of the PLM application and contains two parts: the client component and the service framework.The client component is merged with the KMSoft basic component and can be used as a core tool of the application.The service framework is based on a Web server,including data foundation services,document basic services,multi-level collaboration services and other service components or its sub-application services.The platform provides a multi-level deployment,a fast data caching supporting mirror mode,a complete secondary development system based on scripting language,and a transmission strategy to deal with network anomalies.Aiming at the exchange of a large amount of table data in the communication process,this topic designs a set of table cache mirroring and serialization protocol to improve the network transmission efficiency;For the time-consuming problem of access to part of high-availability shared data,resident pools have been added to increase data utilization;For the problem of data consistency in multi-level cache,a set of data updating mechanism is designed to ensure the consistency of platform data.The multi-level collaborative platform provides a complete basic data and file service,a distribution deployment and operations of table cache mirroring as a basic platform for PLM.It has been applied practically on KMPDM for the cross-regional group enterprise,the performance has been significantly improved,and quick collaboration has been achieved.
