Agriculture is the one of the foundations for all efforts to build China.As a typical agicultural country,agriculture is always the key guarantee for national economy and industrial production.Currently with the pupularization of agricultural informatization and intelligentization,share of agricultural information resources becomes an inevitable trend,so it is the research focus on how to speed up the agricultural modernization.In recent years,springing up of megadata and cloud computing has created various new ideas and methods for agricultural informatization,which exerts a significant influence on the construction of our country's agricultural modernization.In the present paper,starting from the background of agricultural informatization's system development,its service's current situations with the application of cloud computing domestically and abroad were firstly introduced.Then the cloud service platform's development skills of Sichuan Agriculture and Poultry Breeding Project were elaborated,its intended functions were explored and problem-solving abilities were expounded.Delving into the scientific research needs of Sichuan Agriculture Breeding Team,we proposed the plan of establishing the Cloud Service Platform for Sichuan Agriculture and Poultry Breeding Project.This project is a large-scale agricultural scientific research information service platform based on B/S structure and supported by PHP and MySQL technologies.Five columns in total were presented that were Breeding Project Data Center,Breeding Displaying Cloud,Breeding Process Cloud,Scientific Research Service Cloud and Public Service Cloud.In the present study,the platform's design ideas were described from the angle of system structure,system function,data module,database and any other aspect.To be specific,realization process of the system's main functions was expatiated by choosing vital modules,moreover part of the flow charts and core codes were also listed.Lastly,system functions and system performances were tested,verifying if they could meet the functional needs predesignated.Concerning the system performances,its response characteristics,packet loss rate and reliability under extreme environments were tested.Results showed that this system could guarantee a normal operation under certain pressures.Through the present research,the Cloud Service Platform for Sichuan Agriculture and Poultry Breeding Project can provide users free public data and improve the working efficiency of the agricultural scientific research teams.Furthermore,it provides the teams a high-qualified and convenient service which has Integrated scientific research management,team management and variety display as a whole.This will progressively achieve the intelligent management of agricultural informatization research.The present exploration has achieved the expected effects of information sharing and effective use of it which to a large extent accelerates the developing pace of agricultural informatization of Sichuan Province.In the conclusion part,the potential problems of the system were summarized and the prospect in the research of agricultural cloud services were forecasted.
