The main challenge of today's control systems is that the uncertainty of transmission delay will lead to the uncertainty of control delay and data loss during transmission.With the development of technologies in the field of industrial control,these two challenges are becoming more and more prominent.For this reason,it is urgent to find a network control method that can solve the above challenges.Time-trigger Ethernet(TTE)is widely concerned because of its transmission delay determinism and redundancy mechanism.There are successful applications in the fields of aerospace,smart cars and other fields abroad.However,before applying the TTE to implement the above functions,global clock synchronization is first required.The clock synchronization protocol used by TTE is AS6802.This paper adopts research ideas to study the protocol,analyze the synchronization process,design algorithms,and verify.For TTE only for internal clock synchronization and for complex system TTE will affect the synchronization accuracy with the increase of the synchronization round,this paper proposes the appropriate fusion of 1588 and AS6802 protocol.In addition,this paper also considers the impact of the accuracy of the time stamp on the accuracy of 1588 protocol synchronization,and design experiments to verify it.This paper firstly analyzes the network architecture,synchronization process,key algorithm and scheduling under the specific scenarios and functional requirements of the time synchronization protocol from the theoretical level.The feasibility of the two protocol fusions is studied in depth and mathematical methods are used.Derive the calculation formula of the synchronous error.From the point of view of simulation implementation,the theory is verified and the results are optimized.There are three main innovations in this paper,which are the convergence of 1588 and TTE in specific scenarios,the specific impact of the timestamp accuracy on the accuracy of 1588 synchronization and the design of the nodes in the fusion algorithm.
