Development Of Control System For Wire Harness Automatic Coating Machine

Wiring harness is a product that is widely used in all kinds of electrical equipment,and is upgrading at any time.The demand for wiring harness of automation equipment in various industries is expanding rapidly.At present,it has been put into the research of automatic tape winding machine control for car harness,and some semi-automatic products have been developed,but the automation degree of the product is not mature enough,and there is no automatic processing equipment to realize the tape binding tape.The research team has developed a device that can automatically bind the wiring harness surface with regular tape.This paper mainly studies the control system in the equipment,puts forward a scheme of wire bundle automatic binding machine,introducing the composition of the binding machine and formulating the design idea.In this paper,PC and PLC are used as the core of the control system.The paper completes the signal analysis in the control system,the electrical hardware that may be used in the statistical control system and the selection of the electrical hardware,the power supply circuit of the electrical device in the system is drawn,the pneumatic circuit diagram is designed for the pneumatic components in the system,the digital model of the wire bundle automatic binding machine is established,and the motion system is divided into the main binding.The main control function models in the control system,such as coordinate point acquisition,binding path generation and binding parameter setting,are also introduced in the control system.The overall structure of the control system software is designed,and the MX Component component is used to develop the PC terminal software to establish the communication with the PLC.By sending control instructions by PC,the PLC can control the motor drive equipment,and the signal of the PLC can be sent to the PC for monitoring.Finally,the construction is started.The electrical hardware is installed and distributed in accordance with the design drawings,and the assembled wire bundle auto binding machine is debugged.
