Design And Implementation Of M Hotel Management System On The Basis Of MVC Three-tier Architecture

With the rapid economic development,there is huge increase in human living standard.In this case,the philosophy of consumption has been changed accordingly,especially the idea and attention to service quality in various industries.As far as hotel management is concerned,guests expect far beyond what traditional service offers.Therefore,computer technology should be widely utilized to change the service mode in the information age.Besides,information technology will meet the need of individualized service.This essay states information technology in hotel management.No matter big or small the property is,the application of information technology is an inevitable trend.The research and development of the system is for M Hotel specifically.Main tasks include but not limited to below items.First of all,the essay analysis background in order to estimate the benefit if using the system and compare different hotel management systems from both national wide and worldwide grand hotels,which helps to absorb advanced ideas and finalize the research content.Secondly,it is analyzed in the essay from different perspective regarding user needs and operation procedure so as to confirm the functions of the system.In addition,it is stipulated in all non-functional needs according to current internet environment applied.Thirdly,the detail design of the system software architecture is based on the research result as well as the current internet environment of M Hotel.The system is divided into 3 layers,data layer,business logic layer and presentation layer respectively,using ASP.NET three-layer idea.The layers are connected via ports to improve cohesiveness,which makes it easier to maintain and upgrade.It helps to ensure a safe and stable system while no invest increased into the construction of internet environment.The functional module is designed according to the analysis of demands and the system database together with the data table is designed according to operation demand.Lastly,the system is applied by using C Language.It is also thoroughly tested and the result shows that this system meets user's requirement.The system is developed for M Hotel specifically.It has been applied in M Hotel after test.The system not only increases the management efficiency,but also improves service,presenting kind and attentive feeling to hotel guests.The system offers scientific evidence for decision making so as to ensure a long-term stable hotel development.
