Design And Implementation Of Universities Fixed Assets Management System

The rapid economic development brings the gradual popularization and rapid development of China's higher education.Although most colleges and universities to a certain extent,realizes fixed asset management information technology,electronic,networked,there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently,such as backward technology support,inadequate information sharing,difficult system security,complicated search and business operations,and low work efficiency.Under such circumstances,it is inevitable for colleges and universities to seek a concise and college-level management of fixed assets.This article combines the mature barcode recognition technology in information management technology with the university fixed assets management system to develop a more efficient fixed asset management system.This paper first studies the actual business needs of fixed assets management in colleges and universities,and determines the functional requirements,performance requirements,security requirements of the fixed assets management system in colleges and universities,and through the use case diagram.Secondly,based on the demand analysis of the above systems and the business process of fixed assets in colleges and universities,the overall architecture design and function module design of the fixed assets management system are carried out.The main functions include bar code information management,asset information management,information inquiry,report management,Log records,system management and several other functional modules.Technically,the university's fixed asset management system is developed based on the Microsoft Framework 4.0 platform.The software is designed with SQL Server database management tools and C / S architecture models.The most commonly used application architecture management system is adopted.Through the core Database,information processing layer,user access layer and other multi-layer system architecture design and implementation of the system function module.The system uses barcode scanning equipment to query the details of college assets and learn about the name,brand and specifications of the assets,etc.,and realize such contents as the registration,use,return and transfer of assets.In addition,remind asset information to real-time grasp of the dynamic changes in the assets of colleges and universities.After the completion of the development of the system to conduct a comprehensive test,the test results show that the system can complete the pre-set features,and stable operation,which can be put into practical use.The development of the system can make the management of fixed assets more standardized and scientific in colleges and universities.Moreover,the information-based fixed asset management can realize paperless office,improve the office efficiency,save college operating costs and promote the work of other business departments in colleges and universities.
