With the development of aviation and aerospace for national defense work,the demand for laser gyro,which is the inertial guidance component,is increasing.The sealing work of the laser gyro resonator to the electrode is a bottleneck in the production process.At present,indium sealing technology is generally used to achieve sealing between the electrode and the cavity.Due to the complex structure and high cost of various hot press equipment's currently available on the market,it is difficult to promote them in various research institutes.Therefore,in this paper,an automated equipment for electrode seal is developed to improve the production efficiency of the product.This guarantees the quality of the product,reduces the cost of production,and improves the efficiency of the company.The indium sealing process is analyzed,and the indium sealing process is divided into four stages: cavity alignment,automatic feeding,heat preservation and pressure holding,and blanking;and the automatic electrode sealing equipment is divided into operation robots based on a modular design concept.The fuselage frame and the thermal head are three parts: the manipulator adopts the design of the three-axis moving platform,and the electrode pick-up device and the visual inspection device are integrated on the manipulator,and the automatic pick-up and placement of the electrodes and the hole of the cavity are realized.Alignment detection function;fuselage frame adopts a four-column fuselage structure,integrates a linear feed system and pressure detection system,and a cavity moving platform is installed to adjust the position of the cavity;an internal heating system is integrated into the thermal head And temperature detection system,and the design of the electrode adapter ring,according to different electrodes refit different electrode adapter ring,improve the efficiency of the seal operation.ANSYS workbench finite element analysis software was used to simulate the temperature performance and pressure consistency of the thermal head.The thermal properties of the thermal head mainly include the heating speed,thermal insulation performance,temperature uniformity of the contact surface,and thermal stress;the factors that affect the pressure consistency are analyzed,including the machining accuracy of the parts,the assembly error of the equipment,and the rigidity of the machine body.After the equipment is assembled,the paper uses the pressure-sensitive paper to detect the parallelism error of the equipment,and uses the gasket to compensate,and the stiffness of the fuselage is simulated.The indicators of the automatic electrode sealing equipment were tested,and the repeat positioning accuracy and pressure sealing force control accuracy of the equipment guide rails all reached a high level and met the equipment requirements.At the same time,temperature compensation tests were carried out and the test results were obtained.The temperature controller is compensated to meet the temperature control requirements.At present,the electrode automatic press-sealing equipment developed in this paper has been applied to practical production,solved problems such as poor product quality consistency and poor reliability in the production process,and improved the efficiency and quality of indium sealing operations.
