With the continuous exploration of infrared technology,infrared continuous zoom lens technology develops rapidly.The advantage of continuous zoom in lens is that one lens can cover short focus,medium coke and long focal length,and the image is continuous and clear.Lens imaging of the key factors is the zoom lens structure,so this article to the north of yunnan chi macro photoelectric co,LTD,based on the developed product,for the motor drives the lens barrel,drive the tube,guide pin,guide screw drive frame of sliding in the CAM slot 3 sleeve structure form,the use of ANSYS software and the ADAMS software is analyzed and discussed,for the improvement of the structure of the lens.First,due to temperature change picture frame on the lenses squeeze,affect the image quality,puts forward the four square,circular,triangular and trapezoidal frame slot,compared to draw variable times group with circular pressure relief,compensation to triangle pressure relief scheme under the working temperature of the lens extrusion is minimal.Use the above scheme to improve the frame and reduce the influence of the frame on the lens.Secondly,because of the machining accuracy,the frames have gaps with the tube,and the frames will shift and deflect during the zoom,affecting the image quality.This article USES two different types of frame structure,based on different length to diameter ratio of frame,at the same time considering the guide screw motion simulation of different depth and different position,the lens shift and deflection were analyzed,and draw a picture frame structure improvement.Then,based on existing lens structure,combining zoom structure in the working temperature of deformation,the analysis of the frame to improve the conclusion and the actual optical system,kinematics simulation analysis was carried out on the camera as a whole and through the MTF charts,can according to the results of the validation show that the improved frame meet the requirements of design and use.In addition,the overall assembly of the lens is analyzed,the corresponding requirements are put forward for the assembly process,and the relevant assembly process flow is developed for the lens assembly to improve the image quality of the lens.In the end,the improved lens is used for imaging experiments.The experimental results show that the image quality is good at different temperatures,and the improved method is verified.
