In an era of mobile internet,the development of network information technology and the popularity of new media application has changed the traditional situation of public opinion,which means every one can get involved in the important links of information release and spreading,making the information disseminate rapidly in a short time on the internet.With citizens' gradual awareness of democracy and rights,they are increasingly keen on voicing their opinions online.The phenomenon of "Reversed effects of public opinion" has frequently appeared in the public eye.Online opinions indicate a great number of people's will and condition,gradually becoming a major way of realizing their right of democratic supervision.However,the free expression and dissemination of online views can easily make people's will deviate from the government and official media,resulting in an uncontrollable situation.Therefore,it is of great necessity to give the phenomenon of "Reversed effects of public opinion" a new interpretation with the combination of age features and the new characteristics of online environment.This paper analyzes the characteristics of this phenomenon and its evolution process in the era of mobile internet,starting with the "Yuhuan Homicide Case".It also analyzes how the phenomenon of "Reversed effects of public opinion" comes into being and what kind of positive and negative influence it may exert.It is believed in the paper that the positive impact is that it can effectively deal with the controversy of public opinions and make a timely response to social concern.While its negative impact lies in its interference of the public's right judgement,its influence on judicial justice and to some extent its damage on government's impartial image,which may easily get the government fall into the Tacitus Trap.In the end,the paper presents strategies to address the phenomenon of "Reversed effects of public opinion" from the perspective of government,press and netizen.
