Research On The Role Conflict Of Anchors In The Era Of Media Convergence

With the arrival of the era of media convergence,the announcer and the host face new problems in the new media environment,and the role conflict is undoubtedly one of the outstanding issues.The innovation of all kinds of media technology makes the announcer and the host show up in the program in the past but the characteristics of "hiding" outside the program are eliminated.Under the multi-angle coverage of various media forms,announcers and presenters of public figures almost no longer have the traditional sense of privacy.On the one hand,the announcer and the host can get the information feedback in time through the contact with the audience,and make targeted adjustments to the program so as to make it more acceptable to the audience.But,more important is on the one hand,the audience for the announcer,the host after the increase in the number of contact,the announcer,the host of the spotlight mystique,distance closer to not only bring positive influence,its negative influence is obviously more worthy of our attention.As disseminator identity in the transmission of the announcer,the host with announcer,the host's role as a life characters in the era of media convergence in different degree of overlap,the result of the different starting point of different role expectation inevitable conflict,the effects of this on the announcer,the host is very huge.At the same time,because the announcer,the host in the media,"the last bar" in the process of important position,the effects of role conflict is far beyond the announcer,the host personal impact,if not add value,are likely to influence the spread of the whole process of acceptance and dissemination effect,to an already fragile under the impact of new media to traditional media is more passive.In this paper,through the way of quantitative research,with the aid of semi-structured interview,group discussion,expert interviews and other methods,formulate the announcer,the host role conflict in this area the first likert type questionnaire,and on the basis of the reliability and validity of the standards,using the questionnaire to the announcer,the host community and audience,after the analysis of the data collection,complete the announcer,the host role conflict of the problem discussed in this paper.
