Role Conflict And Integration - Research On Moral Degeneration Social Role Theory Journalistic

In the complex social organism, the news media as an important carrier of information dissemination, will play an important role in the society. People are social roles, and social is made up of different roles, thus news activity is full of mutual influence by role interaction. However, the news activities can be rich and colorful due to interaction between the roles, but also can be full of problems because of the contradiction between the roles, and occupation ethics of journalism anomie is one of them.Based on the social role theory perspective, firstly, try to locate roles’norms and behavior, rights and obligations. Secondly, analyze the causes of occupation ethics of journalism combined some concepts within the social role theory such as:role expectation, role distance and role conflict theory. Finally, use Mead’s "mind, self and society" of symbolic interaction theory as the enlightenment, and with news role as the core, through the analysis of the micro level "self and role interaction", analysis from macro level "role and social interaction", finding a solution and strategy to the anomie of the news occupation morals. Based on the analysis of two aspects, not only to make up for the loss that the news occupation morals mainly focused on the external environment and neglect of news role of internal psychological at present, but also provides some comprehensively external method to solve the problem.
