The Capability Evaluation System Research Of Smart Librarian

At present,the competition of global manufacturing industry has gradually turned into the competition of technology and innovation.With the advancement of industry 4.0,industry 4.0 began in industry,but its impact on the whole world was broader and more profound.The concept of smart library comes into being as a library for information services.Resources,technology,librarians and users are the four elements of the library's wisdom service.Librarians are also the core of the library's intellectual development.Most librarians are not capable of working as smart librarians,It is very important to construct a reasonable evaluation index of smart librarian ability to guide the cultivation of smart librarians.This topic is based on the analysis of the research of the existing domestic and foreign smart librarians,and the research and analysis of the users,and a set of evaluation index system for smart librarians.This process is re-recognition of librarians is a completely new understanding of the librarians,this contributes to the grasp of the librarians develop further,on the role of librarians have a clear positioning.Firstly,the background and significance of the thesis are discussed theoretically,and the existing evaluation indexes are summarized and the research contents and methods are clarified.Secondly,to analyze in this paper,the relevant concepts relating to comb,and the wisdom librarian role positioning,sampling analysis of users and librarians,and summarizes the development of the wisdom of librarians in China status and user needs.Finally,this paper establishes the hierarchical structure of smart librarian ability based on the questionnaire survey results,and conducts in-depth analysis to establish the evaluation index of smart librarian ability.The evaluation system of smart librarians is established according to the weight of each index given by experts.In the end,based on the practice,the research results are summarized and analyzed,and the deficiencies and further research need to be improved.
