Research And Implementation Of Responsive Student Employment Information Management System

In recent years,it is quite difficult for graduates to find jobs,which is due to many factors such as poor performance of social economy,over supply of graduates,and mismatch between company demands and school education.All schools and universities,governments and the society greatly concern with graduates' job issue.This paper is catering to the needs of the composer's college which has always paid great attention to graduates' employment management,organises large-scale campus recruiting campaigns and special job fairs for different specialities anually,and operates an employment management center and maintains an employment management part on its official website.But the school is growing and the number of graduates increases every year,which incurs a large gap between the employment part on its website and its employment management workload.Thus the school has made its decision to design and develop a gradute job information management system.The system can effectively help the school to trace gradutes' job hunting process.And it also can assist each speciality to adjust its orientation and its courses through collecting and analyzing employment data so as to send out graduates who can meet the needs of companies,the society and the country.It is a platform on which graduates can introduce themselves while companies can know about them so that the two parties can enjoy more convinient communication and graduates can find better jobs and are accessible to more job opportunities.It adopts responsive webpage layout and caters to PC,pad and smart phones thus meeting the needs of mobile office work.Its interface mainly uses Bootstrap frame which is realised by HTML5 and CSS3 and has the characteristics of simplicity,intuitiveness,high performance and mobile euipment preference.Its server adopts MVC,B/S,My SQL database and is developed by Servlet and JSP.It is clear and operates fluently.
