In the modern war,the multiple combat capability aggregation,the multi-dimensional space focus and the application of new concept weapons can cause a large number of severe and critically wounded injuries in a short time.It is one of the most important content of the current military health work innovation and development which provides medical treatment quickly and efficiently to them.Based on the research on the function of the security information system in wartime development of world powers,comparing with the present domestic related products,this paper shows a set of system based on batch wounded triage,efficient treatment and rapid evacuation process,which follows the theory of treat the wounded rules,using C/S architecture,supporting a number of PDA access systems;and the underlying network communication is based on TCP protocol;the application layer is with special custom protocol;the server uses the Oracle 11 g database management information system.This system includes seven parts which are divided into the injuries,medical management,operation management,check,inspection,material management,command management;it can visualize the management to the information flow under the condition of patients management to implement classification can get the patients' condition information by scanning the QR.”Evacuation”can dispatch the patients to the hospitals through the green channel.“House”can provide treatment quickly.Thus this system can provide a data supporting platform for medical treatment and rescue command which is more accurate,rapid and comprehensive,so that the whole medical rescue mission can be controlled overall under field conditions.This paper is divided into three parts.First part confirms the system module division and function division.Second part states the application of database technology and the design method of this system database.Third part introduces the idea on module designing and reality,combining with the technology of network communication technology and foreground,and also state the report on testing and running.
