Outpatient department of unrealized medical data digitization, networking, medical officers and soldiers in different departments of inspection result ignore the real-time transmission to the clinic doctor, need his patients waiting for test results and submit it to the clinic for diagnosis, affect the doctor’s working efficiency, increase the patients’ clinical time. Unrealized electronic health records management, when the doctor to the patient can not accurately grasp the history of the patient’s illness, medical history, medical history and other information, is not conducive to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with memorial. Three is full dimensional security is not strong. With forces health longitudinal technology application system (armed forces health longitudinal technology application, AHLTA) as the core of medical information management system realized the full dimension of health care to combat troops, the system has been applied to the outside the 24-hour medical security, such as peacekeeping, overseas base and so on. System according to the demand of expanding function module, the development of the portable battlefield AHLTA (AHLTA-Mobile) and Theater AHLTA health care (AHLTA-Theater) module, has a strong practicability.At home, at present our country basically achieved more than secondary hospital informatization, the ’军卫’ system of hospital information system has been widely applied to hospitals, convenient for patients, improve the working efficiency of the hospital, to promote the hospital construction specifications. Due to the system has a huge system module, the network architecture, professional system maintenance of heavy and complicated, not easy to transplant to the peacekeeping contingent of medical information management. At the same time, the hospital information construction attaches great importance to the information management of our country, the contempt of data mining. Had failed to make use of vast amounts of medical information data, cannot carry on the scientific and effective statistical analysis, summarized the contains a lot of valuable data information, such as the characteristics, methods, principles, etc., are used to guide the construction of hospital development, form good closed-loop feedback mechanism.Based on the above comprehensive analysis, to solve the problem facing our peacekeeping medical management, realization of medical information management information, improve the quality of medical service support, this study has carried out the following specific research work. Using the computer and network technology, within the peacekeepers clinic set up local area network (LAN), design research and development work is suitable for the service demand of medical management system.1. Development of medical information management system.
