Abstract/Summary:
The recruitment of personnel in colleges and universities is different from the ordinary enterprises and institutions.Trial lecture is to be added during the recruitment process.The rating personnel who participate in the presentation grade the candidate's test performance.The HR department needs prepare the candidates' CV,This job not only wastes a lot of papers,but also yeilds problems as low efficiency and statistic errors during manual information rating.Further more,some scoring people even forget the reason and purpose of scoring.After discussing with the HR department of certain universities,it is considered that a personnel recruitment management information system specially designed for higher education institutions can be developed to solve the difficulties in data statistics,data display,and data analysis during recruitment.The system adopts B/S architecture,the development mode applies a front-end and back-end separation mode,the back-end adapts C# language development while the basic framework uses ASP.Net,database adopts My SQL which is more popular in the industry,and cache solution uses Redis.The front-end uses the MVVM framework called AngularJS developed by Google.Its main idea is to use dependency injection to solve the corresponding problems.Using standard Json for front-end and back-end data interaction and Token authentication for security.The entire system uses up-to-date and sophisticated technologies.While ensuring the stability of the system,it can also work as the latest technology for research and study,laying a solid foundation for future research on distributed systems and micro-service architecture.
