Personnel management is an important part of university management. In recentyears, with the rapid development of higher vocational education and continuingreform of the university personnel system, the workload of university personnelmanagement is becoming heavier and heavier, the content of personnel management isincreasing, and involving more and more widely.University faculty and personneldepartments need not only to master file information, but also to manage staff salaries,benefits, performance, attendance, and teacher recruitment and other content. ForCollege personnel management is comprehensive, complex, researching andbuildinging an University Personnel Management Information System in line with theneeds of university personnel management has value of both theoretical andapplicational.With the authors’ personnel work experience in college as its background, thepaper introduces the development process, methods and technical routes of theuniversity personnel management information system detaily. With the VisualStudio.NET and SQL SERVER2005as the development tools and the ASP.NET-basedB/S architecture, by using the interface component technology to package PersonnelManagement System, the development technology achieves further expansion of systemfunctions. About the Concrete realization of the system, in accordance withrequirements of software engineering methods, the analysis, design, implementationand testing of system are relized by approach of top-down. At first, the thesisreserch begins from the construction feasibility, functionality, and other aspects ofnon-functional requirements analysis of personnel management system; then from thedetailed design of the system structure, function modules and database design and otheraspects; followed by the relization of design of the database system memory and triggerthe establishment of user login module, personnel transfer module, attendancemanagement module, performance management module content, and gives data wordwith the university campus platform integration and other key techniques; Finally, teston the system as a whole according to the software system test theory to ensure that thesystem is running correct and reliabe, and gives test conclusions of the system.The practice test runs show that the system is characteristic of the clear overall structure, strong logic reusability and good maintainability.The system can meet thebasical requirements of correctness and efficience of personnel management, improvesthe efficiency of the work of University Personnel Management.
