Design And Implementation Of Quality Management System Based On J2EE And Workflow Technology

Since the nineties of the twentieth century, workflow technology has been a new hotspot in the field of computer application. An embedded study on workflow technology is helpful to improve the integration of enterprise information and carry out the re-preparation of core business on the enterprise. Following with the development of information technology, workflow technology has been applied in information field and carried out the core of operation flow. Combining with the current situation of special vehicle maintenance, using the computer technology, database technology, network technology as well as scientific management theory, the design and realization of maintenance quality management system based on J2 EE and workflow technology is studied in this paper.First, the paper brings forward idea of lightweight workflow engine under the foundation of introduces J2 EE system, Unified Modeling Language(UML) and workflow technology. Second, the paper analyses the quality management process of maintenance, allocates the repairmen, maintenance establishments and equipments, reconstructs the operation process by workflow technology, and constructs the operation model. Third, this paper introduces the analyzing and modeling process by thought of object-oriented and UML, specially discusses the analysis, establishment and expression results of system use case model, static model, dynamic model and physical model. Forth, the process of system realization and implement is described, the general construction design, database design, system function module, interface and the key technology are discussed. At last, the core idea of knowledge management to manage the enterprise data information is reflected effectively and makes the information’s deliver and share effectively. This paper chooses Java as the programming language, constructs the special vehicle maintenance quality management system based on workflow and J2 EE.This system integrates the information management, quality standard and stakeout of the operation process, the benefit of maintenance is improved,the quality of maintenance is insured, the level of standardization and information in special vehicle maintenance is advanced.
