The servo driver is one of the most important components of the servo system.It is used to drive the permanent magnet synchronous motor to achieve high-precision position,speed and torque control.Most of the servo system faults are caused by the servo driver.In order to guarantee the quality of the servo driver,improve the detection efficiency of the product,and perfect the detection system of the servo,designing an efficient and reliable automatic detection system for servo driver has become a research hotspot of the current servo system manufacturers.The project was based on GB/T 10184-2014 "General Technical Conditions for AC Servo Drives" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.Based on the DCCE internal product inspection specifications,a set of targets for DCCE was established.CUS series universal servo drive automatic detection system.The main research content is as follows:First,the server's detection project was discussed and the overall system design was completed.Detection items mainly include power-on detection,input-output detection,position tracking accuracy detection,speed fluctuation detection,discharge detection,and load-carrying capability detection,and test conditions and test standards for each test item are established.The technical solution of "PC software + PLC + servo driver + servo motor + load" is proposed,and the system is divided into two parts: data acquisition and verification unit and upper computer software unit.Second,a data acquisition and inspection system was implemented.The hardware design of the system is given,the general electrical diagram is given,and the PLC test program is written in the PLC programming software PLC_Config using a distributed structure.The PLC program includes a main program and a plurality of test main programs.The PLC main program reads the measured parameters of the server and controls the detection process.In each test program,a motion control instruction is used to control the server to run under a specified state,and the setting is performed.The test flag is used to judge whether the function tests are passed or not.Third,the upper computer software system is implemented.In the configuration software DView,the software of the host computer is completed,and the communication between the host computer software and the lower computer,the editing of the DView project variables,the login interface and the detection interface drawing,the software access authority and the parameter upload management are realized in turn.Several functions were merged to realize the real-time monitoring of the lower computer's detection process by the upper computer software,real-time display and upload of detection data,and other functions.Finally,the system is debugged,and a series of quality and reliable products are used to verify the system.The verification results show that the system can achieve the expected functions.At present,the system has been accepted and put into the practical application of the company's production department,which has certain practical value and practical significance for improving the detection efficiency of the automatic detection system of the servo drive at the present stage,reducing the detection cost,and perfecting the detection system.
