Design And Implementation Of The Comprehensive Management System For Buildings Of The Certain Building Bureau Of China

Faced with the complex competition challenge and wisdom in the process of accelerating the development of the enterprise,with the progress of engineering technology and the continuous improvement of the application demand,the construction company has set up a safe and reliable management system which can cover staff management,attendance management,wage management,statistical analysis and system setting up.Demand is increasing.Based on the above objective situation,it is imperative to build a management system that is in line with the actual situation and needs of a China Construction Bureau.Enterprises need to introduce advanced and applicable network technology,improve the comprehensive analysis and balance ability,and stand on the global point of view of the overall planning,command,scheduling and coordination of the project,tracking the research tasks of each bearing in the development and construction units,mastering the progress of various tasks in time,and establishing a global storage,resource allocation and scheduling system.The system developed in this project,using Eclipse as the development environment,Oracle database as the background,based on the overall architecture of MVC design pattern,has realized employee management,attendance management,wage management,statistical analysis,system setting and other major functional modules.And integrate the system with the unified portal system and the CRM system,complete the unified management of the whole life cycle of the infrastructure projects and construction projects,strengthen the data exchange and sharing among the various business systems within the company,and realize the internal and external coordination of the resources sharing and capacity of the company and the information of the specific construction units.We have made exploration and achieved the approval of electronic review projects and accelerated the speed of project operation.This paper first discusses the selection basis,source,background and purpose of the construction comprehensive management system,and then analyzes the status quo at home and abroad in the research field of this project,and clarifies the problems that need to be solved in this paper.In the field of business,this paper analyzes the current situation of the business and the current status of the existing system in the company,and analyzes the business requirements,the use requirements and the scope and authority of the system.Using the knowledge of software engineering field,we adopt professional design tools in the aspects of system requirements analysis,design and implementation,test feedback and so on,and combine use case diagram,time sequence diagram and class diagram to ensure the completeness and reliability of the system design,and verify the requirements of the system to meet the requirements analysis design through system testing.Finally,through the on-line operation of the system,it is proved that the system can improve the management efficiency of construction enterprises,reduce the cost of personnel management,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
