Web enterprise application software has characters of complex structure and involving multi technology. Those characters increase the difficult of its development. So it's a hotspot of Internet technique development currently to construct Web application with more function, more flexible application and easier development. MVC (Model-View-Controller) design pattern is one of the important design patterns. It realizes the separation of logic layers and view layers in theory, which is very important to web application developing.J2EE(Java2 platform, Enterprise Edition), founded by Sun Microsystems Inc,is a kind of model entirely which consists of JSP,Servlet,JDBC,JavaBean and EJB so on mostly. J2EE contains a whole suit of standards and criterions for enterprise level application. It has many virtues, such as independence of platform, easy expansibility and good security, which make it very popular in IT industry. It has not only independence of platform on Web application and high distributing disposing ability but also strong compatibility. J2EE has achieved enormous success in the field of constructing E-business and distributed enterprise application. It has become one of the most popular developing platforms. This paper introduces idea of MVC pattern, emphases the combination of J2EE and MVC pattern, and provides a kind of method for developing a Web application based on J2EE and pattern of MVC. It establishes the foundation for developing Web application based on J2EE with clear structure and high performance. We present a process plan sheet design and management information system based on J2EE and MVC pattern under Web environment. On the basis of analyzing the development technology of the BGS+(Batch Gamme System Plus), the necessity and possibility of the system are discussed, and the frame of the J2EE-based system is proposed. The function, running environment and application of the system is discussed in it. With the system, it is easy to create a process plan sheet quickly as well as to manage a lot of process plan sheets effectively. Finally, the developing steps and related technologies in details are introduced. This paper analyzes the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model in system security ,which describes the relationship of USERS,ROLES,PERMISSIONS. The problem of constraints in role-based access control is introduced in some details. This system has many characteristics, such as clearness in designation, effect in modularity, easiness in expansibility and so on.
