Firstly, the thesis elaborates E-commerce's influence on economy, setting about the analysis of the significance of online shopping website to a firm's E-commerce. Secondly, the thesis analyzes the needful knowledge and technology for implementation online shopping website and determines the developing environment. Based on the above, chooses JSP +Java+Tomcat+SQL Server 2008 as development flat. Thirdly,we design the function modules of “the interest commercial city” in the foundation of system demand analysis. Finally, “the interest commercial city” is realized by JSP and so on, the system is designed into two parts: foreground and background, and did the test of the whole system. “The interest commercial city” realizes the basic function of B2 C E-commerce, which is a sale platform on line suitable for E-commerce business in middle size and small size.Through the construction of the online shopping website, from a technical point of view, This system is based on J2 EE architecture and makes full use of this software architecture, to achieve the JSP technology in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database platform applications; from a commercial point of view, the realization of a better offer for the retail enterprise information management platform established a network of B2 C sales system platform.
