Design And Implementation Of Management System For Women Rights Protection Of Anshan Women's Federation

The Women's Federation is an important organization to protect the rights of women and children.To protect women's rights,the Women's Federation works in a variety of ways.It promotes women's awareness of rights and protects their legitimate rights through popular science propaganda,public welfare activities,special activities and legal rights protection.Anshan Women's Federation is deeply aware of the importance of rights protection for women's groups and carries out a large number of activities every year,e.g.,special lectures.These activities not only enhance the influence of women's federations,but also improve women's spiritual and cultural life.On the same time,the Women's Federation of Anshan has also realized that there is still a lot of room for promoting their current working status because of the complex management of working files and the low interaction efficiency of communication.Therefore,how to effectively solve the two problems has become an important work of the Anshan Women's Federation.In this thesis,we investigate the working status and the problems of Anshan Women's Federation.We propose to improve their work by the information management technology.We design and implement the management system for women rights protection of Anshan Women's Federation.The system focuses on the main problems in Anshan Women's Federation and implements five main functional modules,including activity management,forum management,investigation and research management,rights protection management and user management.The system is developed with the Java and J2 EE technology,and manages the data with MySQL database.This thesis uses black box testing method to test the function and performance of the system.The test results show that the system improves the efficiency of working management and the communication efficiency between the rights protection personnel.It achieves the purpose of improving the overall quality of women's work in Anshan Women's Federation.
