Research On The Construction Of Subject Database In Enterprise Management System

The construction of enterprise information system after decades of development,is at the key stage from the decentralized development to the integrated network development.The subject database is the core foundation of integrated network information system construction,and it is also an important part of information resources planning.Faced at this stage because there is no uniform standard and the result of enterprise planning subject database is uneven in quality phenomena,putted forward enterprise planning subject database scheme.This paper focuses on the planning methods and planning process of enterprise subject database.Using the data that an enterprise management system needs analysis obtained in the research phase,using the information resource planning theory,human resources management,financial management,production management and other business domain as the research object,to explore the design method of the subject database in the enterprise management system,and to design the subject database of the enterprise,The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,top-down analysis of business structure,build enterprise business model,that is,business domain-business process-business activity model.Second,analysis the collected and sorted of the user views that the enterprises needed,standardization expression of the data items in the user view,analyze and judge whether the data items in the user view are enterprise business oriented,and abstract the enterprise required data entity from the data items that are oriented enterprise business.Third,and pointed out that the data entity relation analysis should be carried out in the process of building the subject database,data entity relation refers to "create" and"use",through extracting the basic words or categories of data entities to determine the link between entities,the "create" data entities first planning to a group,and named subject.Fourth,pointed out the problem of too much computation in the process of planning the subject database in the past,using the KNN algorithm,combined with the entity's super group to aggregate analysis the remaining entities.Fifth,make use of the above planning method to plan the enterprise subject database,after the completion of the plan,using the C-U matrix method and the quality evaluation function to evaluate the results,and the results are in a reasonable range.
