IT Governance Research Of BG Group Based On COBIT Model

Current society has been in the time of information.The application and service of information has been in all regions of social life.During the development of IT technology and Internet technology,enterprise management and business support have been closer and closer with IT system,hence more and more enterprises come to realize the construction of IT governance programme combined with enterprise strategy and business development and the importance to have effective implementation of programme in IT governance.IT governance has been popular in the study and discussion of in the field of information system construction and the academic field of information management.Enterprises of our country have enlarged the investment in enterprise information construction gradually and the building of information infrastructure construction and promotion of information system are finished gradually.However,there are many problems in information system management.Hence,the actual problems of IT system management faced by enterprises should be solved with IT governance,so as to build a IT governance solution that meets the requirements of enterprise strategy and business development.The paper from there would be pectination of relevant basic theory and study literature.Through the analysis of information technology,cybernetics,internal control theory and the basic concepts of IT governance,there is pros-and-cons analysis to the source and evolution,concept and attribute and governance methods of IT governance tools,such as CISR model,ITIL model,ISO17799 standard and COBIT model.It is mentioned that COBIT model is chosen as the best IT governance tool to fix the governance problem in the case of the paper.Finally,based on theatrical study,there is empirical analysis to the challenges and problems in large BG group's actual business character and IT governance work.COBIT model is adapted to form solutions to IT governance of BG group.The governance effect of BG group would be verified with the effect assessment of the IT governance programme applied in BG group.The paper solves the IT governance problems faced by BG group with the programme based on COBIT model.Hope to lead the transfer of enterprise management mode with advanced management idea.Meanwhile,hope to provide reference for the implementation of IT Governance of other group enterprises.
