Nowadays,"Customer" is the key-element that banking-industries are fighting for.In the past,CRM system is in lack of varies of capabilities such as:lower customer data quality,fewer customer characters,dis-grid based,dis-precise divided in customer management,as well as in the marketing management.Independent from customer data analysis in data-warehouse,product intelligent matching and recommendation in CRM system.And hence all these situations would have caused the lack of capability in profit-creating for banking system.Later then,it has developed into the data-warehouse technology be brought in and enhanced the power of customer management and it means significant to bank profit improving.On purpose of approaching the advanced management and accurate marketing for the customer of bank,in the paper,it gives deeper investigation in how to improve the capabilities of customer character extracting.precise dividing and customer management as well as the precise marketing.Firstly,it bases on the economic theory in cost of customer acquiring as a guide-line,propose and design a specific topic for customer in its data analysis,investigate the advanced star-model designing method for divided customer data into dimensions and facts,and hence it will support the customer character extracting and star-valuating as well as the ranking system.Secondly,it bases on the economic theory in customer value and cost translation as a guide-line,investigates and designs models in extracting more key-index of customer character and in optimizing the customer star-valuating and ranking models via extending the elements quantities that based on the data warehouse's advantages.Then,it applies these output results into real instance of one bank's application.And lastly as a result,it proves the investigation approaching are valuated,by practicing the data warehouse advantages into CRM system,it will give insignificant improvement in banking customer management and marking as well as the efficiency of work,most importantly,it helps in profit growing for bank.In the paper,it takes the data of one local rural and commercial bank as a sample for investigation and analysis,from the feedback,it has approved that the data warehouse can improve the mixed ability of bank CRM's management,can improve the capability of customer precision-marketing and management as well as the work efficiency,ultimately,it can improve the capability of bank profit creation,and worth for reference into banking industry.
