In the current digital era, find out the potential customers and figure out the value of customer become more and more important, especially in the CRM operation. Precision Marketing relying on advanced data management and analysis tools, is an important means of scientific analysis methods and techniques for customer relationship management business. This paper design and realize a Java based enterprise level precision marketing system architecture, referenced on the traditional recommendation system solution. The whole architecture includes the data processing, B/S application server architecture and other models of a full-function precision marketing system. For the enterprise applications’high volume and high frequency data query problems, this paper provide an EhCache based data query caching solution; for the enterprise systems’high access pressure problem, this paper designed a RMI cluster deployment architecture solution. Beside these, considering about the mobile extends for precision marketing, this paper designed an efficient real-time XML interface architecture. Which achieved an efficient and accurate data communication, provided a great mobile extension possibility for enterprise precision marketing system.In the end, this paper also provide a real insurance company’s precision marketing system development as a case, to demonstrate how the architecture works based on the real business requirement. The case introduced the whole development details, include the design and implement of specific data processing solution, business processed models and mobile extension supported. This case effectively proved the feasibility of this paper’s architecture and the great business value.This article’s enterprise level precision marketing system architecture can effectively help companies shorten the system development time, may focus on the valuable customer resources research and analysis. Meanwhile, this paper’s solution have good stability and the system can be seamlessly connection with the surrounding system and have good extension for future mobile development.
