The optimization of the control loop of the refining and chemical equipment is a large and complex work,which tack a lot of research and practice work has been done by the predecessors,but the effect is not satisfactory in practice.In order to ensure the optimization effect of the control loop of the refinery device,this paper puts forward the overall solution of various steps,which are data collection,storage,modeling and control loop optimization.With the actual refining and chemical production equipment as the object,tack a large number of production data are used to optimize the control model and PID control parameters,which is for the purpose of optimizing control loop is achieved.The overall solution for the optimization of the refining and chemical enterprises has been verified by the actual production data simulation and the on-line control effect of the production device,and the data acquisition platform designed and realized in this paper can also be verified by hundreds of practical production devices,which could keep a long period of stable operation.As the data base of the control loop optimization work,this paper designs and implements a DCS data collection platform that can share DCS production data no matter DCS manufacturer,operating system and client development language.In this paper,the implementation of data acquisition interface for various DCS systems is introduced in detail,including common generic interfaces such as OPC and DDE,including the realization of non universal interfaces such as disassembly and WINDOWS control programming also,and the storage design of the platform for the large amount of production data and solution of the shared platform data are also included.Through the production data in the platform,this paper gives some models of the typical control loop of the refinery and production enterprise.At the same time,because of the control optimization work is a complex work which needs to consider the upstream and downstream influence,that means the work is not only the single loop optimization control which is far from enough,in order to achieve better control effects,in this paper,the role of cascade control is discussed and how to design the cascade control to improve the control efficiency is also discussed.In the end,a range of PID parameters based on a large amount of production data is given,and the simulation verification is made on the range combined with production data,which validates the initial availability of the range,and combined with the control loop in the actual production equipment,it is proved that the range is effective for improving the control effect.
