With the rapid development of telecommunication, the telecommunication services are changing from types to forms with each passing day. The traditional call center has become a large call platform which supplies various services. On the other hand, with the diversification of the real application, the structure of the call platform is more and more complicated, and the data management becomes more important. There are so many problems which the large call system should solve,such as how to collect, save and synchronize the real time mass data produced by call platform and how to control the multiple distributed calling units effectively.This project means to solve the problems referred above. It can collect raw data steadily, reliably and efficiently, and apply convenient operation-analyzing and data-mining platform. Furthermore, in order to transfer data among different level easily, the multi-structure is designed to be changed flexibly. The main achievements of this thesis are as follows:1) Make strategy for simplification and combination for call information2) Propose an unstructured data storage method based on the pre-process of the record resource;3) Realize the dynamic replication and uploading of collection information;4) Realize the multi-level management by operation terminators.Finally, the design principle and technique of the data management and analysis platform are brought forward.
