Nowadays data acquisition storage systems usually realize by the way of connection between data acquisition card and computer,this data acquisition system is using the expansion plot on computer, let the data which is collected by acquisition card directly store into the computer's hard disk. But in some special condition, for example, measuring shell's parameters in its fling process, air's Temperature and humidity measurement in High-altitude area, the traditional acquisition way is limited in these conditions. Now they are some movable data acquisition storage system, but it is expensive, professional, so its general using is limited.On the other hand MUC powerful now, been widely applied to various automatic control systems, based on the USB interface of the mobile storage medium (such as U disk) is also commonly used and has a dedicated interface chip can be used. Applied a high-capacity data collect memory system and concrete realization method which based on USB highway technology. Point out the overall structure and composition of the hardware circuit module and system software flow chart of job .The system can be commonly used in voltage, current and digital pulse signal acquisition and processing, with common features. And can use buttons and LCD display control panel to set the acquisition parameters and acquisition approach, U-disk or mobile hard drive are used to be memory, in the condition of without PC connecting can achieve large-capacity storage online data collection.
