Design And Implementation Of Tianjin Unicom Telemarketing Management System

To further enhance the efficiency and maintenance services marketing, pioneering customers, the companies have introduced a new service initiative - telemarketing. By phone, fax and other communication technologies, to achieve a planned, organized and efficient manner to expand their customer base, improve customer satisfaction, maintaining customer and other market conduct practices, strengthen communication between business and customer contacts, enhanced services targeted. However, many small and medium enterprises may be aware of the benefits of telemarketing, but suffer from high cost of their call centers could not be implemented. Tianjin Unicom's customer service department in order to have a better service to the enterprises and the general customers , integration of existing resources, give full play to the role of the seats service , Tianjin Unicom's customer service center decided to support the existing business platform based on the artificial increase in telephone marketing management system functionality.In this paper, Tianjin Unicom's customer service department with the actual situation of the existing platform, design and development of the Browser/Server mode of the telemarketing system. From the system definition and software plans, requirements analysis, functional design and system implementation and other core issues and key technologies to proceed, based on JAVA and ORALCE telemarketing management system design and implementation was discussed and presented, including software design process, the database structural design, function, etc., to achieve a complete solution.Implementation of the system has greatly enhanced efficiency of Tianjin Unicom customer service department and management of automation and achieved good economic and social effects.
