Study On The Youth Subculture In The Let's Talk

Network variety show with the help of Internet pregnancy,has bigger difference with the traditional one,based on research,development,production and launch of Internet ecological system,the show faces to network user groups with no matter its style,form or content,full of youth characteristics,more close to their current way of life and value orientation.This paper based on the research and analysis of youth subculture in "Let's talk," tries to display the show's concern to contemporary youth groups,provides a sound platform for them,innovative to grasp the social mainstream value concept;in pursuit for their right of speech at the same time,also for media to undertake positive energy transmission,the responsibility for advocation of the social mainstream value concept and to provide reference and enlightenment for future creation of the homemade network variety show.This paper analyzes three youth subculture characteristic in content and form of the "Let's talk," researches shows how to meet both the demand of the youth audience and at the same time in line with the socialist mainstream value concept,to create a successful network homemade variety show.Finally,through the study of the program to summarize how to create a successful program in the current environment.This study is divided into following five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction of the content,selected topic,background,purpose and significance of this article,around the two key words,"homemade network variety show" and "youth subculture" to comb its development course and domestic and foreign research work,reviewe predecessors' research achievements,put forward and expound the research purpose and method,theoretical value and practical significance of this studyThe second chapter analyzes the marginality of "Let's talk" respectively from perspectives,topics and characters.First of all,from three points of angles of era,business and topic the program selected,it is concluded that the show is time characterized;takes commercial profit as its ultimate goal;aims at young audience;focuses on youthperspective;pays attention to marginal groups.Secondly,the types of the debate on the program is classified,and concludes that the program provides the voice of the young;focuses on life and marginalized personnel and advocates the social mainstream value concept.Finally,the features of the characters in the program are analyzed,and believes the show displays collective representation of the youth group image.The third chapter analyzes the subversive characteristics of "Let's talk" as four points.First,from this two aspects,the debate competitions and voting quantity to determine the winner,to analyze that its competition system is set up different from traditional,becomes serious debate to entertainment,through the way of the young's likes to pass program's purpose;secondly,from the two points of language and non-linguistic signs in the program to discuss the characters'image,shows its bizarre style and confrontational image;thirdly,it reflects the non-mainstream characteristics of the scene from the two aspects of the program's dance and packaging,subverting the serious style of the traditional debate competition and rendering the entertainment atmosphere of the program;fourth,through the carnival theory to analyze the program from the momentum making to the interaction to becoming.hot issues,in such way purposes of both the program and audience achieved respectively in the form of carnival-program requires high attention and high ratings,the window provided for the audience to get emotion drained.The fourth chapter studies the critical value meaning of "Let's talk." First of all it is believed that "Let's talk"concentrates the expression of youth group value concept,and analysis concludes that the youth subculture is different from the past subculture in resistance to traditional culture and mainstream culture,whose reflection in the program is a strong voice and moderate resistance,it can be understand and explained as "generational interpretation;"second,"Let's talk" is thought a success of negotiation and reorganization of young group's discourse and the mainstream discourse,and the reorganization analysis can be two ways:one,the program in line with the mainstream value concept,the reorganization of subculture is completed;two,"Let's talk" is a typical representative of commercial programs,which is the result of reorganized commercial subculture;finally,interpretation of the latest policy notional network program,combined with "Let's talk" two implications could be put forward for the future network homemade variety show:first,to complete the change from entertainment first to valuable shaping;second,the star and the grass root to participate in show to let the masses become the main role to make the show closer to real life.
