Study On Social Service Of Higher Vocational College Library In Guangdong Province

Our country's economic and social development has entered a supply side of the structural reform as the main content of the great changes in the structure of the times.It is an urgent demand to Vocational education development of this era.We must strengthen the “industry-education integration,University-enterprise cooperation " in order to cultivate a large number of " Chinese craftsmen” for the modernism construction.In the process of vocational education development,the library plays an increasingly important role in cultural inheritance,knowledge transmission and talent cultivation.The library of vocational colleges should take the responsibility of personnel training in vocational colleges,following the pace of development of vocational education and actively expanding the service mode and reshaping its social function for giving prominence to its social value,meeting the needs of modern vocational education of cultivating talents,enhancing the connotation of vocational school construction.The article takes the Higher Vocational College Library in Guangdong Province as the research object,through the comparison of the public service functions of the public library,the university library and the higher vocational college library,puts forward the entry point of the social service of the higher vocational college library.And investigate the status quo of social services in Guangdong Province's higher vocational college libraries,analyze their existing problems,and the ways to realize their social services.Finally,the article makes an empirical study on the social services of the library in HeYuan Polytechnic,and hopes to provide a reference for the further study of the social services of higher vocational college libraries.
