On The Path Of Library-Serve For Learning-Self Of Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

The new media age has brought swift development of information and communication technology and a knowledge boom,which lead to great changes on the ways that people acquire knowledge.These earth-shaking changes in science and information technology made the social production mode change deeply.In order to challenge such changes and keep up to the trends of times,vocational employees have to develop their comprehensive quality through continuous independent learning in case that they'll be abandoned by the current society.Aiming to cultivate senior technical talents,higher vocational colleges make students independent learning as one of their most important targets.For the college overall development and due to its own teaching function,the library is exploring various independent learning approaches which have both theoretical and practical significance on broadening service field as well as exploring library sustainable development.This paper's methods contain such as the method of investigation,the method of bibliographic,the method of case study and so on.It widely collects the relevant materials and carefully designs the questionnaire.It researches students' autonomous learning,and finds many questions,for example,students' learning consciousness needs to enhance,librarians' professional guidance is lack,service and demand doesn't match,the literature resources utilization rate is low and functional design needs to improve.It puts forward the autonomous learning path of the higher vocational college's library to service the students.It contains feasibility measures such as carry out promotional activities for the center with autonomous learning,enhance the overall quality of the librarians,and provide high quality professional service,optimize the allocation of literature information resources and excellent learning space for meet the demand of autonomous and so on.The study is based on the service path of students' independent learning in the library in the higher vocational colleges.The study is conducive to improving their independent learning ability and laying a solid foundation for their future development.It provides a possible direction for the sustainable development for the library of the higher vocational colleges.To a certain extent,it enriches the theoretical system of library service in higher vocational colleges,updates the library's service concept and provides theoretical basis for the independent learning environment in the higher vocational colleges.The proposal of relevant measures provides a new idea for the service's transformation of the library.It has practical significance for the sustainable development and innovation of the library in the higher vocational colleges.
