Traditional production model can not meet the demands of the development of the epoch when the manufacturing makes its direction to the industrialization,information and intelligence.Intelligent manufacturing has become the developing tendency of manufacturing industry.As an important part of intelligent manufacturing,real-time monitoring system stipulates a feasible scheme to solve the problems of information island and information fault.However,there are shortcomings in the system,such as generality,real-time and traceability,etc.As a result,the research and development of the real-time monitoring system of intelligent manufacturing are of great importance for both theory and practice.For the transmission problems of industrial process data in the environment of the internet industry,combining with the integrated training system for modular flexible manufacturing,the system database and architecture are designed through the requirements analysis and function analysis of learning facilities,the module of OPC data acquisition are designed and developmented for acquiring the real-time industrial process data based on OPC specification,the module of Web monitoring are designed and developmented for monitoring process data on Web based on the frame of J2 EE,a data communication protocol and a scheduling rule of packet are designed for the data transmission between the module of data acquisition and the module of Web monitoring based on the technology of Socket and WebSocket,the protocol also can reduce packet loss rate of high priority data transmission.The main work and research results are as follows:(1)The research background of intelligent manufacturing has been summarized.We have also expounded the basic concept and important effect of the MES and elaborated the studying significance of the real-time monitoring system of intelligent manufacturing.The domestic and abroad research on the theory,application research conditions,and the design and promotion of software production,as well as the problems needed to be solved are descripted in this following part of the paper.(2)In order to solve the problem of the transmission of industrial process data in the Internet environment,a communication protocol and scheduling rules of different types of data packet are designed.The communication protocol stipulates the encapsulation format,the meaning and the priority of different types of data packets.The protocol,on the one hand,ensures that the emergency information can be sent to the client in time,on the other hand,simplifies the data transmission amount of information.At the same time,the communication rules and application steps are explained in detail.(3)Through the demand analysis and function analysis of integrated training system for modular flexible manufacturing,the system frame and database are designed,the module of data acquisition are designed and developmented based on OPC specification,the module of Web monitoring modules for intelligent manufacturing,including equipment running status monitoring,order production process monitoring,staff and equipment monitoring,are designed and developmented ased on B/S architecture and combined with Socket and WebSocket instant communication technology.The effectiveness of the system is verified by field application.
