Entering the 21 st century,the global energy prices gradually rise,the world called for the green production,the background of energy saving and emission reduction for manufacturing companies in the energy consumption in the process of production problems in the present stage has stronger research value,and the domestic and foreign research scholars consider energy consumption factor as the optimization goal of the workshop scheduling problem research is less.Aiming at this problem,the flexible job shop is used as the research object,and the energy consumption index of the shop floor is taken as the optimization objective,and the single-objective and multi-objective flexible job shop scheduling problems for energy-saving optimization are studied in detail.Firstly,this paper focuses on the basic theory of job shop scheduling problem,and then summarizes the domestic and foreign research status and its application methods for flexible job shop scheduling problem,especially energy saving scheduling problem.The energy consumption measurement method of manufacturing workshop is introduced in detail.At the same time,the energy consumption of flexible workshop is divided into four dimensions: processing process dimension,processing product dimension,processing equipment dimension and production auxiliary dimension.At the same time,the mathematical expressions of all kinds of energy consumption are described,and then the energy consumption index is taken as the optimization objective,and the corresponding single-objective scheduling model and multi-objective scheduling model are constructed.Two kinds of scheduling models are solved optimally by using genetic algorithm and improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm.Finally,the validity and practicability of the algorithm are proved by practical examples.This paper can provide some reference for the research of workshop energy consumption production scheduling,reduce the energy consumption of manufacturing workshop,realize "green development" and "energy saving manufacturing".
