With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the traditional manufacturing industry is facing more and more challenges.The ever-changing market requires enterprises to continuously improve their production efficiency and production cost.However,the traditional production workshop still adopts the manual dispatching method,which has low efficiency,higher labor intensity and higher labor cost.It is urgent to implement Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV)instead of manual workshop logistics scheduling.With the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society in China,enterprises are faced with higher and higher requirements in terms of green energy conservation.In this context,enterprises in the production of energy consumption and energy conservation emission reduction face a huge test.Therefore,under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of the workshop,how to complete the workshop AGV logistics scheduling with better scheduling time and lower scheduling energy consumption has become a problem that modern manufacturing industry should strive to solve.This thesis mainly studies the AGV green intelligent logistics scheduling problem in job shop.Firstly,an AGV logistics scheduling optimization model aiming at reducing AGV energy consumption and optimal AGV path is established,which is converted into the corresponding energy consumption cost and time cost for weighted unification.Then the advantages and disadvantages of pso and ga are analyzed and an improved pso constrained by task ordering is proposed according to the characteristics of the mathematical model.Finally,the actual scheduling data of a production workshop is taken as an example to verify the model and algorithm.The results show that the AGV logistics scheduling model proposed in this thesis can simulate the AGV green scheduling energy consumption problem well,and the improved genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm proposed has fast convergence speed and good optimization ability.Based on the basis of the above research,the improved genetic particle swarm optimization software was designed and developed with the GUI module of MATLAB,and the developed software platform can provide data supporting and decision-making assistance for workshop AGV intelligent scheduling scheme.
