With the development of e-business technologies,the popularity of online shopping is gradually warming.However,the problem of increased item quantity is also emerging,therefore,how to manage these items effectively in warehouses has become a topic of growing concern.The following problems exist in traditional warehouse management system,namely,the security of items cannot be guaranteed;there is no video evidence to prove accidents;the staff is not clear about the specific inventory;the goods inventory is time consuming and the accuracy is low;input and output rely on the details of the manual entry.The above problems have seriously affected the efficiency of the entire logistics industry and increased the cost of enterprise management.After comprehensive research and analysis of the above problems,this article designs an Internet of things warehousing system relying on embedded Linux technology,RFID(radio frequency identification technology),Internet of Things technology and database technology.The system includes the three parts of video surveillance,database,and RFID information acquisition.The IMX6 development platform based on the ARM Cortex-A9 chip is used as the data processing center of the Internet of things warehousing system,and combined with the B/S(browser/server)framework.The staff can view the database and video monitoring on the IMX6 development platform server through a web browser on the PC terminal,and read the cargo information on the RFID electronic tag through the UHF(ultrahigh frequency)RFID reader.And then the cargo information is transmitted via Ethernet to the IMX6 development platform data processing center for data processing and storage.The main work contents of this paper are as follows: selection of processor and development board;selection of USB camera;porting of Linux system on IMX6 development board based on Cortex-A9 chip;porting of WEB server and MJPEG-streamer server;the design of video surveillance in storage system software;the design of the SQLite database,Linux C language and SQL language are adopted in the process;the analysis and selection of electronic tags and readers in the RFID module;and finally the function of the entire storage system is tested to be stable.This system has a certain use value and a wide range of practical prospects.This system has a certain use value and a wide range of practical prospects and it is believed that the research and analysis work on this warehousing system will play a role in stimulating the development of the over-all environment of the entire logistics industry.
