Recently, with the advantages of the embedded technology constantly released, embedded system has been used extensively in all areas of society with high attention. Embedded warehouse monitoring system is one popular application of the embedded system applications. Warehouse, as the location of the daily goods storage, has an important position in the production process. In order to ensure the safety of the materials and the requirements of the storage environment, it needs environment video monitoring and temperature and humidity acquisition for warehouse. The traditional monitoring systems usually separate the video monitoring system and temperature and humidity collection system, then achieving respectively. Along with the development of related technologies, the front-end integration, alarm intelligent and alarm relationship will be popular in large area. Previous models expose certain limitations.Based on embedded technology, video technology and network technology, this dissertation designs and implements an embedded warehouse monitoring system. The front of this system uses embedded S3C2440as the core and STC89c51microcontroller as the acquisition module processor to build. After the whole designing of the hardware and software, it was researched and achieved that TCP way of the temperature and humidity and control signal transmission and UDP way of video transmission under TCP/IP agreement network, and the image acquisition based on Video4Linux technology, and the interface design under the QT Creator and the design between the signals and slots relativity.The use of ARM+51microcontroller design scheme in this embedded warehouse monitoring system makes the front of system higher level of integration, good reliability, low power consumption and low cost. Therefore, it has certain economic usefulness.
