With the gradual popularity of knowledge-based payment,unlike traditional books and periodical subscriptions,there are mainly three types of knowledge-based payment models in the market today: premium paid subscriptions,including video and audio podcasting;online quizzes and individuals The form of consultation;Another is the online teaching mode.Relative to the payment requirements,NetEase's Netease open class as a free and open online learning and content sharing platform,attracting a large audience.This paper mainly combines the use and satisfaction theory and technology acceptance model,the establishment of research framework,hoping to explore the audience's psychological motivation in the use of Netease open class requirements and satisfaction,as well as Netease open class contact forms affect the audience's behavior.In this study,a total of 238 valid questionnaires were collected.The findings showed that motivation of audience use mainly includes knowledge acquisition,leisure and entertainment and social interaction.The website's perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive impact on promoting the use of the website.The users with different motivations have different relevance to the website's satisfaction degree.Users with different motives have different behaviors on the open lessons of Netease.
