At present Online Education provides learners rich teaching resources as a new type of education, and has made rapid development. According to iResearch's prediction, the volume of Chinese Online Education market could be 25.5 billion dollar till 2007, and the number of Online Education user could be 12.2 million.Currently, usage of Online Education System in china is still relatively rare, and there is a gap in contrast to developed country. Thus, it is significant to study the behavior of user acceptance of Online Education System on academic field.Researchers study this subject from different aspects in order to make Online Education System more scientific, reasonable and to be accepted by various users. This paper searches CNKI data base and find the information technology acceptance behavior literature researches are rare. So it could not provide good education, administration and service, and impact the acceptance and usage of Online Education System. How to improve and promote Online Education System involves several aspects, this paper researches the subject from the angle of information system evaluation.User satisfaction and technology acceptance are two primary research streams to evaluate the success of information system. However, there is few studies combing these two perspectives and it's even rare putting them into the study of Online Education System.This paper integrates user satisfaction and technology acceptance theory, based on the relative literature of user satisfaction and technology acceptance theory, distinguishes beliefs and attitudes about the system from beliefs and attitudes about behavior, and puts user satisfaction about information system as external variable into the technology acceptance model to link the two kinds of beliefs and attitudes. Meanwhile, this paper stresses the service property of Online Education, and inserts service quality as independent variable of user satisfaction to Online Education System. On the above two points, this paper constructs an Online Education System user acceptance model for Online Education System. Following, the paper researches how system features influence user satisfaction, which influences acceptance behavior of Online Education System furthermore. Referring relevant literatures, the paper constructs a scale which suits acceptance research of Online Education System.This paper takes students as survey objects, which come from Online Education School, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and through questionnaire investigation, to do empirical testing of theoretical model and hypotheses. After data analysis and hypothesis testing, the proposed model is proved to be efficient and rational. Also, most hypotheses are supported empirically. Finally, in the light of actual situation, this paper makes explanations to the hypothesis testing results and supplies targeted suggestions for Online Education Institution, pours new thinking and pattern into the development of Online Education. This study achievement could provide effective reference for analysis, design, and implementation of Online Education System, also could promote the service level of Online Education Institution.
