Knowledge Base Construction And Knowledge Discovery In Pharmaceutical Industry

With the rapid development of Web 2.0,the capacity of network data is exploding,people are rapidly submerged in the ocean of data,which do not only contain a large number of structured data,but the semi-structured and unstructured data are also included.The explosively increasing in data do bring much useful information,but the difficulty of acquiring knowledge increases as well.In the field of medicine,it is necessary to construct medical knowledge base which can normalize the mess data and use it effectively with the trend of more and more medical-related information emerging.Knowledge retrieval based on medical knowledge base can greatly increase users' experience in medical purchasing.What discussed in this paper is how to construct medical knowledge base and carry out knowledge retrieval efficiently.This paper presents a method based on knowledge base construction and implements knowledge retrieval.The main work of this paper includes following two parts,the one is to construct a knowledge base for the pharmaceutical industry.We construct medical knowledge base through data cleaning,entity extraction,relationship extraction and knowledge processing after obtaining data from vertical websites,encyclopedia sites and pharmaceutical electronic commerce sites by rule-based and machine-based learning methods.The other is to retrieve knowledge based on the knowledge base.We initially complete the input semantic analysis based on HMM and CRF,and then build the information retrieval model used for knowledge retrieval.Experiments show that the segmentation method based on HMM and CRF has high accuracy and recall ratio.Application analysis shows that knowledge retrieval has a very good effect.The knowledge base for the pharmaceutical industry in this paper is the core component of intelligent medicine system and has been put into use.The construction and knowledge discovery methods for medical field presented in this paper can apply intelligent medical service to a large degree and provide the users with more effective and people-oriented service,which have a very wide application prospect.
